It might just be falling into place
It might just be falling into place
A small series of paintings which have been through a journey just like we have in our own lives.
These paintings were originally pink and green and full of hope until I made a mistake - I felt upset, and disillusioned and proceeded to paint all over them in white - it made me think of things which had gone wrong in my own life and I scratched the words into the paint. These words are ineligible but through their anger have power.
The titles of these 2 paintings combine one of my most favouite quotes:
‘When you feel like it’s falling apart - it might just be falling into place’.
These paintings have echoes of their former selves lathered in white and soft grey blues.
